I got started in computers before networking, internet and Windows 3.1 just entered the market. Needless to say I've just about seen it all.
I have been employed at a local school system for the past ten years.
I consider myself to be calm, easy to communicate with and I am able to explain technical problems or questions in a direct uncomplicated manner.
