I have had the opportunity to be a Teacher's assistant for the American Sign Language Program at the University of Connecticut for 2 years. I have also had the amazing opportunity to be able to become the Teacher's Assistant Coordinator for the same program. This lead me to becoming a Middle School Teacher of the Deaf in a total communication environment.
