I had rented a 10x15 unit to store my car through the winter, which ended up being to small for my vehicle. I had to leave due to a prior obligation and my wife stayed behind to sort it out. The customer service was incredible, she was treated very well. No hassle in upgrading units and she was driven around the lot to find the best unit to fit our need.
