Elevators don’t work so I had to take the stairs half the time. Price is good and 2nd floor or higher units are clean. Sounds like a lot of the first floor units flood regularly though and they aren’t too quick about draining them. I watch tenants dumping buckets of water from their unit.

I reserved my unit and online the morning of the move and the paperwork only took about 10-15 minutes tops. Manager was very friendly and accommodating. I like that it is a secured facility requiring a pass code to get through the gates. The location is easy to find and well maintained. Overall experience was excellent.
