Mama Byn's Easy Egg & Cheese Sandwiches with Meat.
Hello and welcome to my kitchen. My name is Mama Byn! I enjoy making comfort food that has been passed down to me or shared with me.I love to share my recipes with you. Does this sound familiar? It's my version of a donut shop breakfast sandwich at a portion of the cost.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 slice of cheese
2 slices of bread (toasted and buttered) Bagel, English muffin or Biscuit can be used instead.
2 slices of your preferred meat.
How to:
Empty egg and beat in microwavable bowl, (make sure no shells).
Place bowl in microwave with cover slightly off for 1 min & 30 sec.
When egg is done put meat and cheese on top and restart for 10-15 sec.
Put egg, meat and cheese on one side of toast and cover with other side.
ENJOY! Quick and easy breakfast for the on the go student, or worker. My family and I find these super tasty and very affordable. Great start to your day!
