Mama Byn’s Meatloaf

What you’ll need:

2-3 lbs. of hamburg.

2 eggs

1 envelope of Lipton’s onion soup mix

1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs.

-Preheat your oven 350˚

-In a large bowl, add all ingredients together.

-Mix ingredients well till blended.

-Place mixture in a pan larger enough to hold mixture. About 9X13 or whatever you have at home.

-Meatloaf will be done in about half an hour.

Like I stated, my meatloaves never come out the same. You may be saying to yourself, no ketchup. Some people in my house do not care for that condiment. So I need to be creative. Spices are my friend in the kitchen. This is the reason why my meatloaf never is the same twice. Be creative!
