Join our team and gain limitless opportunities for professional growthAs a Retail and Ecommerce Associate you will be responsible for maximizing sales for Kodomo's online shop, www.kodomoboston.com in addition to assisting with sales in our brick and mortar shops.Job Responsibilities:-Assist in delivering a compelling product experience and collection point of view, through simple, intuitive category navigation and work in collaboration with our Marketing Associate /Content Developer to create accurate product details-Ensure products are launched correctly; with appropriate attributes, scheduling, and categorization-Analyze and understand customer behavior; apply learnings to future marketing campaigns and site merchandising-Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Company Founder to understand weekly business results, to develop seasonal strategies, and to ensure financial targets are achieved-Assist with digital marketing channels on an as-needed basis.-Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly-Benchmarking and analysis of competitor sites-Candidate will work in the Boston-based brick and mortar stores to understand merchandising, clientele, and gain exceptional product knowledge- Demonstrate superior knowledge of the brands and merchandises' features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity- Safeguarding the store's inventory by adherence to the company's loss prevention program- Following all store operational policies and proceduresJob Requirements:- You believe in our mission and have a passion for fashion- You are skilled and comfortable working independently and as part of a team of dynamic creative professionals- You are known for your ability to give and receive feedback thoughtfully and constructively- You have strong written and verbal communication skills- You possess a sense of urgency, teamwork skills, are a problem solverFor more information about kodomo, please visit our website www.kodomoboston.com and social media @kodomoboston.
