The role of the IT specialist is to analyze and maintain our information technology systems and networks including both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems in the office and on our mobile medical clinics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with laptops, network connectivity, systems, upgrades, and software applications. Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices. Configure and maintain recording systems and data storage on mobile units.Work with EHR consultants and IT server consultant to ensure efficiencies and smooth running of systems. Mange website, social media and supports VP of Business Development in marketing strategies. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.Education & Experience: Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications; Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration; Understanding and Implementation of Remote Access to Operations in real time; Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated. BSc/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred. Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) is a plus. Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: This position requires great attention to detail; excellent communication skills; strong organization skills; flexibility; reliability; independence; ability to troubleshoot and repair issues; and the ability to reprioritize as obstacles arise. Working in the medical field will require someone who can maintain strict confidentiality.Work Environment: Work will primarily be done in the main office and mobile vans with occasional need to travel to Avon and Auburn offices. All staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including at least one booster
