Get In Shape for Women - is an upscale, small group personal training studio for women. We are adding a Part-time and full time personal trainer to our team. If you are a high-energy personal trainer with a passion for fitness and helping women transform, you may be just the person we are looking for Part-time position available for 10 to 15 hours per week with potential for full time hours.Job Summary: Provide a high quality, safe training experience while maintaining a positive, professional, high-energy and motivating environment. Provide strong nutritional support and guidance using accountability and a results-oriented approach. Be a positive health and fitness coach and role model. Create an upbeat, positive team environment and contribute to the overall success and growth of the studio.Duties & Functions: Exhibit a positive, super enthusiastic, high energy demeanor at all times Provide motivating, knowledgeable nutritional guidance and support to members Hold each client accountable to their goal with results-oriented coaching Qualifications: Education & Experience Current personal training certification with nationally recognized organization (or college degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, etc., combined with at least 1 year of personal training experience). Current CPR/AED certifications a plus Previous personal training experience.Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly Excellent verbal communication Efficient and well-organized; able to handle simultaneous, varied tasks Assertive with a positive, friendly, outgoing personality
