As Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for analysis supporting operations and growth initiatives across ZoomInfo's sales organization. This is a high impact role requiring an extremely analytical individual who is excited to take on key responsibilities, including:- Insight generation and tool-building - Drive insights for sales leadership by establishing and managing key performance indicators, and sharing key findings with business leaders- Account management operations - Coordinate ownership of customer accounts across Account Management team, ensuring balanced and effective assignments- Quota & compensation execution - manage business-level targets and individual seller-level quotas, ensuring incentives drive seller attainment and performance across the business- Dynamic opportunities - Learn as you go and find a way to make a unique impact.
