We are looking for baristas and counter team members to help us open our Wellesley cafe As a barista team member, you will get to show off your artistic coffee skills while you handcraft delicious and creative coffee beverages at one of our beautiful barista stations. You will be trained by our head of coffee and our talented in-house coffee trainers. Our counter team members welcome our guests and are responsible to deliver amazing and delightful guest service. Counter team members will have a working knowledge of all Tatte products, delivering delicious savory dishes and pastries, operating the point of sale register, and keeping a clean and organized workspace.Please note: Our Wellesley cafe is expected to open in June, so training for Wellesley will be at our Newton Centre location (or possibly another greater Boston location).Primary responsibilities and requirements:Greeting guests in a friendly manner and taking food and drink ordersPreparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate onesAnswering guests questions about menu choicesBeing prompt, while offering amazing guest serviceMaintaining inventory full and equipment cleanKeeping the work environment sanitary and organizedConsistency and efficiency working on the barista stationsDelivering beautiful and artistic espresso beverages.Knowledge of all Tatte productsUse of Cash RegisterWelcome guests to our store, while engaging with them throughout their experience.Determine guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge.Your recipe for success:Strong passion and working knowledge for coffee, our products, and guest service.Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista working in a fast-paced restaurant/cafe.
