About Us:

2020 has not been exactly what anyone has expected, to put it lightly. Many businesses have suffered severely from Covid-19 and some have even been forced to close their doors. While others have found a way to thrive. We are proudly part of the latter. The past 5 years we have managed to achieve growth year after year, and 2020 has been the same for us. Not only have we been able to maintain, but we have expanded from our home territory in Boston to include clients and employees almost nationwide. With our goals in mind to close out 2020; the first place of expansion we want to visit is right in our backyard of New England. And to do this, we need to bring several driven and hard working individuals on to our team who would like to be part of our accelerated leadership development and management training program.

What we do:

With a focus targeted towards middle income families. We provide supplemental benefits to members of large groups such as; IBEW, USW, UWUA, and hundreds of other organizations. The board members of these groups contract with us to help assist and educate their members on some of their most important benefits. We use a simple approach based off of educating, understanding, and directing (and having a little fun) for each of our members. This combined with building strong relationships with them ensures we are always doing what is best for our members and their families.

What we need:

With our company's planned growth to end the year of 2020; we need to bring on 5-7 people for accelerated training and development into leadership. Here are some qualities we look for:

  • Detail-oriented - quality and precision-focused
  • Aggressive - competitive and growth-oriented
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker, team player
  • Must be familiar with basic MS Office
  • Coachable individual having a constant desire to advance skill sets
    • Receptive to feedback, can handle criticism well and implement adjustments
  • Team-oriented individual, with the drive to compete for #1 on a daily basis
  • High energy, passionate individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Be able to work remotely for a full time role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend company meetings and training sessions to keep up with the latest developments on our products (these are done remotely)
  • Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention
  • Meet with prospective customers using established sales methodology to educate, consult, inform, and enroll our clients with our services
  • Contact clients and schedule times with them
  • Provide superior customer service and solutions by delivering products and services to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Conduct follow up on all new business when needed
  • Complete assigned tasks each week to standard
  • Manage and maintain your own schedule each week (this is a remote position with minimal oversight)
  • Mandatory computer skills include:
    • Basic use MS Office
    • Basic understanding of Zoom, Google, or other web conference software
    • Intermediate knowledge of web browser
    • Understanding of Docusign

**Compensation is based off of commission; meaning based on experience and performance. Higher performance generates higher income. However, below are some average pay ranges for the roles we are filling.

  • $50k-65k as Entry Level.
  • $70k-110k as a Mid-Manager
  • $120k-180k as a General Manager.
