Description

I am struggling with a intermediate level data science course due to the unfamiliarity with tackling the problems with the libraries of matplotlib and seaborn. I was hoping to reach out to get a head start on some of the homework assignments as we are four weeks in.

Some of the graph processing was rather complicated and I found it rather frustrating as the code base provided was not enough for me to complete some of the assignments with the level of answers required.

A sample question!:

Exercise 6-11: Another interesting query is to find the counties with the greatest decrease in
median prices, irrespective of state. There are over 2000 counties in the United States. Finding
the answer to this question manually is a prohibitive amount of work. To answer this question,
compute a cognostic of the average relative change of the median price by county. Then display
the scatter plot of the 8 US counties with the greatest decrease. What does this result tell you
about these locations? Can you see potential data problems in these results?

We would have solved this with matplotlib and seaborn. All the best!
