We offer engaging classes relevant to the modern world, such as profession-oriented skills (e.g. computing, multimedia arts, design) and life skills (e.g. leadership, entrepreneurship). Our classes are designed to build on the natural talents and interests of children to inspire learning and growth.All of the programs on our platform are delivered in a small group setting, led by highly trained tutors. We also leverage partnerships with high-quality education providers to deliver a diverse offering of classes. Yaizy is an innovative educational company, launched by a group of likeminded people with diverse experiences: serial entrepreneurs in education, digital marketing experts, consumer industry professionals, and consultants from top-tier consulting firms eager to leverage their experience in building scalable businesses to transform the landscape of education.We are now seeking competent instructors for our online Digital Entrepreneurship programs.We will:Provide training on our methodologiesProvide you with pre-prepared full curriculum with lesson plans and presentation materialsWe offer the platform and all other materials Provide onboarding to help you get up to speedProvide you with performance-based variable pay structure and a promotion trackGive you an opportunity to develop in the field of innovative educational technologiesYou will:Conduct online classes for kids (10-13 years old) on our platformRun classes with the use of Zoom and methodological guidanceEngage students, maintain friendly and comfortable teamworkTrack and maintain the quality of the educational processProvide kids and their parents with feedback on classesClasses will occur during after school hours on a school day, and/or during the day on a weekend. Each class will last for 90 min.Essential Role Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications (or related field)Experience or a strong desire to work at a startup Strong passion for interacting with kidsDemonstrated reliability and sense of responsibilityStrong problem-solving skillsMust have strong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with a variety of elementary-aged children, including children with varying levels of English language proficiency.Valid work authorization to work for any employer in the US required
